We work with Omaha-area residents, volunteers, and interns to grow vegetables, flowers, and herbs using environmentally responsible and sustainable gardening techniques in our community gardens and urban farm providing almost 16,000 pounds of fresh produce to area food banks each year.

We develop and conduct educational programs that teach all age groups from toddlers to adults how to garden, cook, preserve, and more.

We work with the community to build local food systems, improve community health, empower neighborhoods, and strengthen economic viability and sustainability. 

We provide a comfortable setting where people of diverse ages and backgrounds can learn and grow together.

We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity directed by a volunteer board.

Our community garden allows our community to take what they need and leave what they don't for others and our food pantry does not require you to show ID or express your need as we believe that all humans have the right to health and fresh food.
