Chupis is an Australian Charity working to deliver comprehensive Menstrual Health programs, to women & girls in communities across Australia. By leading with a grassroots approach, we collaborate with First Nations communities to deliver Women’s Health programs that are not only culturally safe, but foster connection, improve Health and Social & Emotional wellbeing.

Our courses are designed to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to manage their Menstrual Health, while strengthening community connections. We believe that by providing participants the tools and knowledge, this empowers communities to take control, and further advocate for their communities.

Our Programs and events can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each community, providing a safe space for connection, learning and respectful discussions.

With a team of experienced First Nations Facilitators, we ensure that our delivery is respectful, culturally safe, and leaves participants feeling empowered, and confident.
