The Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA) strengthens the safety, wellbeing, and futures of children across Beaufort, Jasper, Allendale, Hampton, and Colleton counties. Through programs such as the Open Arms Children’s Home, foster family support, Family Aide services, Triple P Parenting, school-based outreach, and community education, CAPA provides trauma-informed care, safe shelter, family stabilization, and prevention services. Each year, CAPA supports hundreds of children and families, reduces risks of abuse and neglect, and partners with the community to create safer, healthier environments where every child can thrive.
