Cats Around Town Society, Inc. is a 100% volunteer 501c organization dedicated to reducing and stabilizing the stray/feral cat population on the lower eastern shore of Sussex County, Delaware thru our Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate and Return program. We are committed to the removal of young kittens and friendly strays from the environment into home based foster care and eventual adoption into loving homes. We strive to assist area residents in recovering their lost pets.
