C.A.T.S is a licensed 501(c)(3) true no-kill foster-based animal rescue. We save the sick, injured, and most vulnerable homeless animals in our community.

The animals we take in are given the very best vet care & a loving foster home. We put no cost limit on saving a life. Once healed, all animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLV, microchipped, given dewormer, and kept on Flea treatment. It is our mission to provide low-cost adoptions of fully vetted pets into loving indoor-only homes.
