The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Harford County, Inc.'s Children in Need of Advocacy Assistance program assists in developing and implementing strategies specifically intended to provide assistance to victims of crime in Harford County, Maryland. The program provides trained volunteers who are appointed by the court to advocate for the best interest of children who are victims of abuse and/or neglect and are as a result under the court and social services jurisdiction. The program provides each volunteer with professional ongoing supervision as they advocate for children assigned to them by the court.
