Blue Heron Foundation (est. 2002, Los Angeles) awards college scholarships and one-to-one mentorship to abandoned and vulnerable youth in Romania and Moldova. One hundred percent of its expenses are covered by its founders, so all donations and grants are awarded directly to the students.
