Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary, located in St. Pauls, North Carolina, is a safe haven for cats who are often overlooked, those who are blind, FeLV positive, or FIV positive. Founded in 2005, the sanctuary was created to ensure that cats deemed “unadoptable” would still have a chance at a full, happy life filled with love, comfort, and dignity.

At Blind Cat Rescue, every cat is treated like family. They receive lifelong medical care, nutritious meals, enrichment, and most importantly, unconditional love. Our residents enjoy exploring open rooms, lounging in sunny windows, and forming deep bonds with both their feline friends and the humans who care for them.

We believe that disability or illness doesn’t define these incredible cats — their hearts, courage, and resilience do. Through education, advocacy, and daily care, Blind Cat Rescue strives to show the world that every life has value and every cat deserves a chance.
