Autistic Nottingham is a Nottingham-based charity led by Autistic people, supporting autistic adults without intellectual disabilities (sometimes previously described as Asperger’s or “high functioning” autism). We run welcoming social events and meet-ups, and we host an online community where people can connect, share experiences and find peer support without judgement. We also provide information, signposting and advocacy, and we deliver training to improve understanding and accessibility across local services, employers and the wider community. Your donation helps us keep our groups running, reduce isolation and build a stronger autistic-led network across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. All our services are designed by and for our beneficiaries, with Autistic adults shaping what we deliver and how we deliver it.
