Athletes Soul is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting athletes — particularly elite, collegiate, professional, and Olympic competitors — in life beyond their sports careers. It was founded and is run by former athletes and focuses on helping athletes transition out of competitive sport and thrive in all areas of life, not just in athletics.

With its self-paced course, group coaching. 1-1 support programs, and educational resources, it aims to help athletes develop beyond sport, raise awareness about the challenges of athletic retirement, and support athletes as they transition away from sports.

Athletes Soul is a support network and resource hub helping athletes to apply the skills they learned in sport—discipline, resilience, teamwork, leadership—to meaningful, fulfilling lives beyond competitive performance.
