Animal Welfare League NSW (AWL NSW) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals across New South Wales. For over 65 years, we have worked to ensure animals are safe, healthy and loved.

Through our animal shelter, veterinary hospital, Inspectorate, regional volunteer branches and community outreach programs, we rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need, investigate animal cruelty, and provide vital support to pets and their owners.

We believe every animal deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life. Our work goes beyond rehoming animals. We provide compassionate care, education and practical support to strengthen the bond between people and their pets, creating lasting change for animals and communities across NSW.
