ACT Wildlife is a native animal rehabilitation charity. We have around 50 trained carers who raise orphaned, sick and injured native animals and return them to the wild when rehabilitated. We cover the whole of the ACT but mainly receive animals that are hit by cars, caught by dogs or cats, or are orphaned because of storms and wind or abandonment. Providing food and medical treatment to these animals is expensive, all our carers are volunteers and work from their own homes.
