Acadia Wildlife Center is a non-profit located in Bar Harbor, ME. It was started in 1994, with the mission of rehabilitating sick and injured wild animals from across Maine. Every year the Center receives up to 5,000 phone calls, advising members of the public on wildlife conflict situations. At any given time the Center can have over 100 patients in house, with hundreds of patients coming through the facility every year. Some animals come for a day, some stay for a year, the mission is always the return of mentally, and physically fit animals back into the wild. https://acadiawildlife.org
