A Sound Life is Australia's first charity to transform the lives of people in need and improve their health, wellbeing and happiness through yoga and music. Our programs support community, corporates and countries. Whether it's bedside performances for sick kids, yoga schools in orphanages, corporate song writing and more we live by the mantra of 'seva', selfless service.
