18 years ago, Yoga Gives Back was born with this mantra to engage 300 million people in the world who enjoy yoga and mindfulness practice to give back. Yoga is a gift from ancient India. However, millions of people in India remain trapped in the cycle of poverty today, while yoga industry is  generating estimated 200 billion dollars. The reality is lopsided. Our mission it to channel gratitude into empowering underserved women and children in India to build sustainable livelihoods. Over the last 18 years, we have reached 30 countries to empower more than 3000 women and children with our micro-loan and education funds. We are not only providing life-changing opportunities for thousands of lives, but also creating a circulation of eternal gratitude among our global supporters and fund recipients in India. $20 a month can give a young girl college education to reach to her dream and avoid forced marriage.
