SheBuilds Futures is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping girls ages 5–18 with hands-on education in architecture, design, construction, and skilled trades. Our mission is to close the gender gap in the built environment by introducing young girls—especially those from underserved communities—to pathways in architecture, engineering, and construction at an early age.

Through programs like Architecture in a Box, Revit design training, and real-world build projects, our students don’t just learn theory — they design, draft, and build. We partner with cities, colleges, corporations, and industry professionals to create workforce pipelines that begin at age five and extend into college and career placement.

Our flagship Micro-Villa initiative integrates education with impact by training youth in construction fundamentals while developing affordable housing solutions for single mothers and veterans. This model builds generational wealth, workforce readiness, and community stability simultaneously.
