WE Mongolia is a women-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, leadership development, and community engagement. Operating across Mongolia and the United States, the organization works to close gender opportunity gaps by expanding access to STEM education, mentorship, and leadership pathways for young women. WE Mongolia is exclusively organized for charitable and educational purposes under Article 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Through its Empowering Girls in STEM Scholarship Program and Summer Coding Camps, the organization provides financial support, technical training, and mentorship that help girls pursue education and careers in science and technology. Community initiatives such as WE Club create spaces for women’s leadership, professional networking, and volunteer engagement, while GenZ Club, a youth-led initiative, empowers young leaders through podcasts, storytelling, peer mentorship, and global connections among Mongolian youth.

By combining education, mentorship, and community engagement, WE Mongolia is building a supportive ecosystem that empowers women and girls to reach their full potential and become future leaders in their communities.
