Which-Way aims to create safe places to land — including sensory rooms, supportive visit spaces, youth zones and community hubs — alongside cultural, practical and resilience-building programs that promote healing, learning, confidence resilience, connection and capability.

Our work focuses on reducing stress, strengthening connection, supporting family wellbeing, empowering young people and ensuring everyone has access to spaces that feel calm, culturally grounded and welcoming.

We will establish The Nest as a regional connector for the Northern Beaches — a single place transformed into three connected models: Discovery Centre, Home Hub, and Mobile Nest. Supported by a Teen Community Bus, The Nest delivers free, optional holiday programs and everyday teen engagement, ensuring young people can take flight, stumble, and always know there is a place to return.
