The VC Gallery – Creativity, Community and Connection

The VC Gallery is a veteran-led charity based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, bringing people together through art, creativity, nature and community activities to improve wellbeing, reduce loneliness and change lives.

Originally established to support Armed Forces veterans and their families, our doors are now open to anyone who needs friendship, purpose, encouragement or a place to belong.

From our welcoming community hubs in Pembroke Dock and Haverfordwest, we provide creative workshops, community meals, gardening, wellbeing activities, peer mentoring and practical support. We work alongside veterans, unpaid carers, people experiencing mental health challenges, individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent people, and those facing isolation or disadvantage.

We believe that creativity is about much more than the finished piece of artwork. It is about the conversations that happen, the friendships that develop, the confidence that grows and the sense of achievement people experience along the way.

Our dedicated volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, contributing thousands of hours to create a community where everyone has something valuable to offer.

Whether someone comes to paint, share a meal, volunteer, learn a new skill or simply enjoy a cup of tea and a conversation, they will always find a warm welcome.

Your support helps us keep our doors open, our activities accessible and our community connected.

Because sometimes, something as simple as a shared meal, a paintbrush or a friendly conversation can be the beginning of a life-changing journey.
