LIVIN is a non-profit mental health organisation that was founded in 2013 in loving memory of our good mate Dwayne Lally who took his own life after suffering in silence from mental illness. Our vision is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and improving mental health through early intervention which we communicate and educate through our LIVINWell Program which is delivered to high schools, workplaces and community groups around the country. With two out of every 3 Australians with a mental health problem not accessing professional, we aim to encourage anyone who is struggling to reach out and remind them that It Ain't Weak To Speak.
