The Wishing Well is a Registered Charity: 1180756. Our purpose and mission is to improve the health and well-being of our local community. It is our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to improve their health and well-being. We provide advice guidance, education and support, we know that we can directly inspire change in an individuals life. By promoting healthy life styles choices and supporting and individual to adopt these changes. To achieve this mission we aim to improve the health and well-being of the community, Reduce health inequalities, provide opportunities for people to live well and for longer, Remove the barriers in particular health and well-being activities, Reach out to the most vulnerable members of our community.
Our objective align specifically to the service we deliver, These services lie within 6 key areas: Education, Older People, Children and Families, Physical activity, Supporting Adults and Disabled Children. Ultimately our mission is to improve the lives of every individual who accessed our services, whether this is through healthy meals, day care provisions, youth activities or crisis prevention.
