The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County connects adoptable pets with loving people and the resources they need to be a family for life. We are the only independent nonprofit facility-based animal rescue group in our area. Our location is crucial to being able to provide broad-based services as an invaluable resource to our community. The PAC-OC had primary funding through a nonprofit foundation until June 2022, when they decided to move their funds to areas that were less costly than dog rescue. We now have no major funding source. The PAC-OC has been able to operate for the past year strictly through you—our community. We have aided thousands of animals and families locally through dog rescue and adoptions; assistance with other animals adoptions; direct owner assistance with low-cost pet services and supplies for families in need; referral services and advice; community education; events; volunteer opportunities; and prevention services. We have partnerships with the City of Lake Forest and other local organizations. We are here for you—because of you. We urgently need your support during this difficult time!
