The Maine Dog Rescue is a foster- and volunteer-based nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters in the South and supporting Maine families making the difficult decision to rehome their pets. Our mission is to provide dogs with a safe, loving environment where they can experience “the way life should be.” As a donation-based organization, we are united by a shared commitment to giving every dog a second chance
