Our crisis response team works directly with individuals and whānau, creating a safe space where people are heard, believed, and supported. We take the time to understand what’s going on and help navigate a pathway forward through their hardest moments.

The Loft is also home to a wider community of social and health agencies, and this collaborative environment strengthens our ability to connect people with the right support.
