The Kindness Project is a donation-based, primarily volunteer-run nonprofit that has provided free services to over 3,000 babies, children and teens who are impacted by foster care. The Kindness Exchange is a boutique in southeastern PA that offers a cozy, warm, and welcoming environment where children coming from hard places can visit and receive anything they may need as they move into a foster home.

Outside of tangible essentials, The Kindness Project wraps around families to provide extracurricular services and support such as free swimming lessons, art and dance classes, sporting events, music and academic enrichment as well as free meals and connections to a number of local resources. Monthly trainings and support groups provide connection and a feeling of belonging for foster parents as they take this very sensitive and sometimes challenging journey alongside their foster children.

The new initiative, The Kindness Express, our mobile boutique, will remove the barriers of time and travel for families who live beyond the local radius. This service will bring all of our free resources to families where they're at across Pennsylvania and western parts of New Jersey.
