How to transform the opportunities for the most marginalised communites in the poorest country in Europe? The Ideas Partnership's prize-winning work supports the excluded Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in Kosovo, with a particular focus on health, education and support into the labour market. We emphasise the empowerment of women and girls throughout our work, including projects specific to tackling early marriage. We work through three community centres where in the last year we have served over 600 women and children.
