The Comfie Cat Shelter in Orillia Ontario Canada, is a no-kill cat shelter founded in 2005 to address the issue of over population of abandoned cats. The shelter was established due to the number of cats being abandoned or neglected is increasing every year. The CCS is a volunteer run, not-for-profit registered charity that receives zero government funding.
