Abbot Senior Living provides non-medical services to people over 56 years of age. Our clients are active and independent, but enjoy the freedom of not having to prepare their own meals, clean, do laundry or maintain a home. ASL fills an important niche in the community: affordable housing for those who wish to no longer maintain a household, but do not need the advanced care of a nursing facility. Our rents start at $1080 – less than 30% of the starting cost at an assisted living facility. In order to keep our rates affordable, 50% of our operating costs are funded by our trust.
