The mission of TPPHR is to rescue and re-home any former Texas Prison or Police Horse that ends up in a kill pen or bad situation and keep them out of the horse traders pipeline. These horses served with honor and deserve a great retirement after their service. These are the horses that helped protect the Great State of Texas!
