Texas Fury Flag Football is a select all-girls youth flag football organization in Texas. We are a power house organization for girls flag in the country but we are so much more than that – we are a FAMILY. #FuryFamForever has a meaning that only the players and families understand. Texas Fury started in 2017 with one team of ten girls and today compete in four age divisions of 17 teams with 130+ girls ranging from 8u – High School. Flag football is the fastest growing sport in the world. Girls can now get college scholarships to universities to play flag, play on the US National teams and an even bigger platform starting with the 2028 Olympics. Texas Fury currently has 17 girls playing in college on scholarship with the goal of making sure every player gets this opportunity. Travel is a huge expense for our volunteer coaches and families. College showcases and tournaments are spread out all over the United States that these girls travel to. Some families have to send their players only with other families to make sure their daughter gets the experience. We play as a team and make sure that every player gets the same opportunities as every player on the team. Our coaches are unpaid volunteers who devote a lot of their time and resources to our players. They also have travel expenses to the out of town tournaments. We would love to be able to provide travel stipends to our devoted coaches to help offset their expenses. We are helping to raise strong women leaders who get the chance to do everything they set their minds to.
