The Sun City Center Emergency Squad provides Basic Life Support (BLS) to the Sun City Center community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. We are all volunteers and we do not charge for our services. We depend on donations, bequests and grants.

We offer blood pressure checks free of charge in our lobby during business hours from 7:30 am to 5 pm.

In our loan closet, we have walkers, canes and wheelchairs available at no cost to the residents of our community.

The mission of the Sun City Center Emergency Squad is "Neighbors Helping Neighbors." As the front line of community care giving, the Emergency Squad provides more than basic life support emergency care, we provide a hand to hold when the patient is scared and a shoulder to lean on when the spouse is worried. Our volunteers are not just extremely well-trained, they are compassionate and caring individuals who love what they do.
