Springs of Hope Foundation provides comprehensive vocational training to vulnerable women across Kenya who are striving to become self-sufficient and provide for their families’ basic needs.

We open our doors to women from the most difficult circumstances, including those living in extreme poverty, single mothers struggling to feed their children, and survivors of abuse and sex trafficking. For many of these women, Springs of Hope Foundation is not just a training centre but also a place of safety,  and a genuine second chance at life.

Women travel from across Kenya to live at our Nakuru facility free of charge, where they receive free accommodation and three meals a day while undertaking our intensive 15-month vocational training program.

Our training is holistic and comprehensive by design. Alongside professional tailoring skills, students receive business and entrepreneurship training, computer literacy, and financial literacy — equipping them with everything they need to earn a sustainable income after graduation. Health education sessions on maternal wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and family planning empower women to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

We also deeply understand that many of the women who join us carry wounds that go beyond poverty. That is why counselling and trauma support are woven throughout the program, helping women heal, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover their sense of worth. Spiritual nourishment through devotion, mentorship, and pastoral care further strengthens each woman from the inside out.

When a woman graduates from Kijiji Mission, she leaves not just with a skill, but with the confidence, knowledge, and resilience to build a stable and hopeful future for herself and her children.
