We are a non-profit organization who has been serving the Central New York population and beyond for over five years. We are currently connected with 14 different school districts and in 56 schools which means we work with over 20,000 students on a daily basis. Our mission is to ensure students' basic needs are being met so they can focus on their education. Students cannot focus in school if they are hungry, their shoes have holes in them or their teeth hurt. Connected Community Schools as an initiative help eliminate these worries by connecting students and their families with local resources and services to help set them up for success.
