Simon House Recovery Society guides and empowers individuals to achieve long-term recovery from addiction and all its effects. Through our Mission, to support those affected by addiction to discover who they can BE, where they BELONG and what they can ultimately BECOME; our Vision, a place where anyone impacted by addiction can heal, grow, and reintegrate into their communities as healthy individuals; and Core Values of compassion, acceptance, collaboration integrity, humility, and innovation, we are leading the way in addiction treatment and lifelong recovery. We provide a unique and innovative approach to addiction recovery and our commitment is to save and transform the lives of those battling addiction. Substance abuse and addiction have significant consequences for society, with the potential to impact crime rates, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, hospitalization, homelessness, incarceration, and more. Since our program is funded in part by the provincial government, grants, and community support, there is no charge for clients with an Alberta Health card. This is only possible with significant donor support.
