Entirely voluntary branch of the RSPCA dedicated to preventing cruelty and promoting kindness for over 50 years.

Volunteers foster cats and kittens in their own homes or RSPCA approved cat pens in their gardens. We are grateful for wonderful

regular volunteers who suppawt with cleaning, maintenance, vet runs and most importantly, cat cuddling!

We run campaigns for ongoing cat neutering.

We help trap, neuter release or rehome feral cats.

Our trained home visitors virtually visit potential adopters and where possible if successful, carry put post adoption follow ups.

Tackling the cost of living crisis together with welfare days for cats and dogs (funding permitting rabbits and small furries too) with a free vet check, discounted treatments and low cost neutering. We also run a discretionary welfare voucher scheme for those struggling to access emergency veterinary care.

Goole RSPCA have no staff. Whether it's updating social media, transporting a sick cat to the vet, accepting sad, flea infested cats from the inspectorate on a Sunday morning, stocking up supplies or bottle feeding an orphan, there is so much to do but we are empowered by the small paws we serve and the people who provide the passion to keep going in tough times. Every penny goes towards making a pawsitive difference in DN14 and beyond.
