Purr Manor Cat Sanctuary is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing lifelong sanctuary for cats who are often excluded from traditional rescue and adoption programs. We serve cats labeled “unadoptable,” including those with behavioral challenges, senior cats, and individuals with chronic or long-term medical conditions that do not warrant euthanasia but do require ongoing care.

Our sanctuary model offers a permanent, low-stress home where cats are not pressured to become adoptable. Instead, they are allowed to live safely and comfortably on their own terms. Many of our residents have experienced abandonment, repeated rehoming, or trauma, and benefit from stability, enrichment, and consistent care.

Purr Manor also supports community-based animal welfare efforts, including Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), recognizing the vital role these programs play in reducing suffering and stabilizing cat populations.

We believe compassion should not be conditional. Every cat deserves dignity, safety, and a place to belong.
