Plumas Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a non profit cat rescue located in Quincy, Ca. Our mission is to rescue cats and kittens from Plumas County Animal Shelter and save them from euthanasia. We also give out spay and neuter certificates to the public to present at a Plumas County vet to discount spays by $100 and neuters by $50. We spay and neuter our cats before adoption if old enough. If the kitten is not old enough, we offer a $50 refund of adoption fees when the adopter gets the kitten "fixed". We have adopted out thousands of cats and kittens since 1999.
