Paws for More ACT is a small, grassroots cat rescue based in Canberra, dedicated to giving vulnerable cats and kittens a second chance at life. Run by passionate volunteers, we focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats in need, as well as supporting community cats through trap–neuter–return programs.
In just the past six months, we’ve rescued, fully vetworked, and rehomed 11 cats, while also desexing and returning 19 community cats to help reduce the cycle of unwanted litters. Most of our work is self-funded, with every donation going directly towards food, vet care, and safe housing for cats in need.

At Paws for More ACT, we believe every cat deserves kindness, safety, and the chance to find their forever home. With community support, we’re working to create a brighter future for cats across the ACT.
