Passport For Paws was co-founded by individuals who wanted to see animals facing euthanasia at high rates in Texas shelters have the opportunity to leave Texas and find loving companions matched by specific foster experiences, via rescue partnerships.  We also founded a program called Spay It Forward where we alter pets in the underserved communities, at no cost to the owner, and provide them with medication or supplies for their pet.
