It is the mission of Papa Bear’s Animal House to educate and to protect animals from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and overpopulation. It is a safe haven for homeless animals and will provide a healthy environment until they are adopted into loving fur-ever homes. Education is a key factor to alleviate companion animal overpopulation, abuse, neglect and surrendering or dumping.
