OPERATION MEATBALL. We are a non-profit dedicated to honoring and remembering the veterans of WW2 through life-enrichment programs and connecting them with the children of today whose responsibility it is to carry on their legacy.

“Bridge to History" is Operation Meatball's mentorship program which takes pre-teens to the D-Day battlefields, imparting the meaning and value of the WW2 veteran’s life and service by giving the children an entire cultural experience: visiting the cemeteries, the invasion beaches, meeting local schools and veterans. When they return stateside they are expected to share with their own local communities, schools, civic centers, and veteran groups what they have learned and help to inspire a new generation of Americans who appreciate our history, honor our fathers, and embrace the responsibility of protecting the future of our country and show this through tangible acts of community service engaging with peers and the general public.
