Omega Lamplighters, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) youth leadership organization dedicated to helping boys and young men in grades 4–12 become confident, responsible, and service-driven leaders. Founded in 2008 in Tallahassee, FL, the program uses a “village” approach—connecting youth with mentors, academic support, life-skills training, community service, and culturally relevant experiences that build character and confidence.

Through leadership development, brotherhood, and hands-on activities, Omega Lamplighters empowers young men to rise above challenges, excel in school, serve their communities, and step boldly into manhood.
