Odd Eyes Theatre’s mission is to celebrate the extraordinary encounters between individuals whose lives run parallel, brushing past each other daily. Our stories unearth the undercover thread that unites us all and the possibility of change that is unleashed when our path crosses. We believe that social transformation is only possible where there is exchange. Through professional theatre and film productions and learning programmes, we promote active citizenship and the idea that citizenship is part of an inclusive vision of society, where everyone, regardless of their legal and social status, age, gender and ability, has the space to make their own unique contribution.

We’re a London-based arts charity dedicated to fostering diversity and promoting social mobility through artistic programmes and training opportunities. Since 2010, the organisation works with marginalised communities, particularly young people (14-35) and the elderly (60+). Our community experiences intersectional challenges linked to disability, neurodivergence, mental health, homelessness, migration status, and socio-economic barriers. These overlapping factors contribute to social exclusion, isolation, and limited career opportunities. By accessing Odd Eyes’ safe, inclusive space for creative expression in drama, film, media and leadership training, our participants build confidence, develop skills, and engage with their communities, ultimately getting much needed support on their journey towards active citizenship, personal transformation and employment opportunities.
