The mission of the New Dawn Family Resource Center (NDFRC) is:a. To assist and provide support to victims of abuse and crimes, including, but not limited to, intimate partner violent crimes, human trafficking, elder abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and teen dating violence;  b. To solicit and receive money and property for the foregoing purposes and to receive and accept for charitable purposes gifts, donations, bequests, and devices of money and property;  c. To enter into contracts and agreements and do any acts or things incidental to or in connection with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof; and d. To do all things incidental or necessary to achieve the foregoing purposes, as permitted by law. NDFRC asks for your support because the need to provide services and programs for victims of DV continues to grow in Westchester County.
