Mercy Canada provides holistic mental health care for body, soul, and spirit:  all for free.  Women, and now men, receive some of the most comprehensive mental health support available: counselling from registered clinic counsellors, nutrition and fitness guidance from our wellness centre, community support, life skills coaching, and spiritual guidance.  Our programs are thorough and free, with clients participating for six months to one year depending on the situation.  With mental health challenges being an epidemic in Canada, we are giving people the tools to build lives of health and freedom.
