Since 2010, the Melodic Caring Project has been on a mission to bring hope, connection, and the healing power of music to patients battling illness and isolation. 

We are here to support the mental, emotional and spiritual health of patients and their families.

We provide ongoing care and support to patients of all ages through our programs:

• Livestream Performances - Where we partner with artists to stream their shows LIVE directly to our rockSTAR patients in hospitals and home-care rooms around the world. During each show, artists give personal shout-outs and song dedications to patients while the whole crowd cheers for them, making the patients the true RockSTARS of the show.

• 1:1 Music Therapy Sessions - offering personalized, therapeutic and interactive 1:1 Music Therapy sessions with a Board Certified Music Therapist, both virtually and in-person.

• Group Music & Art Therapy Sessions - where we provide weekly, private group sessions designed to offer consistent support to nurture connection, creativity, and community among our rockSTARS.

• rockSTAR Song Requests - where patients receive personalized song dedications from our team of artist partners, who we call “Rockologists.” Patients continue to receive song dedications as part of their ongoing care.

• Songwriting Sessions - a therapeutic and creative outlet where we collaborate with our rockSTARS to co-write original songs.

Every one of our programs is provided completely free of charge, ensuring that patients from marginalized and underserved communities — along with their families, siblings, and caregivers — receive consistent, compassionate, and ongoing support. We are able to keep our programs free for all the patients and families we serve through the generosity of donations, corporate giving, sponsorships and grants.

MCP has impacted over 57,000+ rockSTARS worldwide, partnered with over 465 artists such as Coldplay, Andy Grammer, Daughtry, Jason Mraz, Black Eyed Peas, Zach Brown Band, Amos Lee and Switchfoot to name a few.
