M938 Ministries exists to reach unreached people in Sierra Leone with the Gospel and establish healthy, reproducing local churches.

We partner with national pastors and church planters to evangelize unreached villages, disciple new believers, and train biblically qualified leaders who will shepherd and multiply churches in their own communities. Through partnerships with Global Surge and Global Life University, we provide sound theological training, leadership development, and ongoing mentorship.

Our work includes village evangelism, discipleship, leadership training, medical outreaches, and youth ministry—all aimed at seeing the Gospel take root and endure. By empowering local leaders, we help build churches that are self-governing, self-supporting, and self-propagating.
