Lucky Paws Dog Rescue is a not-for-profit dog rescue based in South East Queensland including Hervey Bay. ​ We are a small group of volunteers working together to help save abandoned, neglected and homeless animals throughout the region. While we are predominately a dog rescue we will never turn away a feline if we have a carer available at the time. ​ We pride ourselves on being a rescue group that not only looks after our animals but also the people in our community, including foster carers, volunteers and adopters. ​ We place all our animals in loving, approved foster homes where they will get the best of care while they wait for their forever homes. We provide all vet and behavioural work required to ensure our animals are happy, healthy and ready to be a part of a loving family! ​ All our pets are rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, heart worm tested and treated (if applicable), flea & worm treated. We need donations to be able to save more animals who have been dumped in the pound, neglected and un-cared for.
