I'm Michele Guzy, the Founder of Krazy For Kats, Inc. (KFK, Inc.), a committed 501(c)3 Non-Profit Animal Welfare Group dedicated to rescuing, adopting, and conducting Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs for cats and kittens in Southern California. 

Our inception in 2006 was driven by the disheartening reality that in our world, animals are still regarded as "less than," leading to their abandonment in high-kill shelters or left on the streets to fend for themselves.
Our primary mission is to address the issue of homelessness and prevent overpopulation through our services. Krazy for Kats is dedicated to rescuing cats and kittens from the heartbreaking fate of unnecessary euthanasia. Our unwavering focus centers on the "special needs animals" who often remain hidden from public view in our shelters, confined to the shadows of dirty cages behind locked doors.
These are the helpless newborns left in boxes on the shelter floor within the medical ward, victims of a world where someone discovered a "litter of kittens" in their backyard and didn't know how to care for them. The kittens that are born blind, deaf, or afflicted by physical deformities due to malnutrition and cats with neurological disabilities or require partial or full limb amputation due to severe injuries inflicted by accidents, animal attacks, or cruelty at the hands of heartless humans. 
We also save the super senior kitties who can no longer stand up easily, meow too loudly at night, or sometimes have accidents outside the litter box, leading their once "loving" families to deem them unfit for their homes.
These extraordinary feline souls find a special place in my heart, motivating me to work tirelessly to secure safe homes where they can flourish despite their challenges.
