Our mission is to better the lives of community cats in Westchester County, New York, through advocacy, education, and community outreach. Our goals are to promote Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) as the most humane and effective way to control community cat populations, to educate municipal leaders and community members about the benefits of TNVR, and to maintain a network of TNVR resources for shelters and rescue groups, trappers, and community cat caregivers.
